By creating an account or using MotoriLog ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MotoriLog is a vehicle management application that allows users to track maintenance records, vehicle modifications, service reminders, and estimated market values. The App also includes a community chat feature for registered users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You must be at least 13 years old to use MotoriLog.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, offensive, or harmful content in the community chat
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious files or content designed to harm the platform or other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harvest or scrape other users' data

5. AI-Generated Content

MotoriLog uses artificial intelligence to generate market value estimates and other insights. These estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, notes, vehicle data). By uploading content, you grant MotoriLog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

You are solely responsible for all content you post in the community chat. MotoriLog is not responsible for user-generated content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep MotoriLog available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

8. Disclaimers

MotoriLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. Vehicle maintenance recommendations and reminders are for informational purposes only — always consult a qualified mechanic for professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoriLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or vehicle-related decisions made based on App content.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MotoriLog after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
